Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist with customer calls for cement deliveries and customer requests
- Supervise and assist with dispatch and tracking of deliveries for U.S. cement shipping locations
- Cook up customer requests for billing questions, credit, pricing, mill reports, MSDS sheets, and certification letters
- Aid credit department with account payment discrepancies, coordinating with customers ticket copy needs or pricing discrepancies
- Aid with review of billing collections for plant and terminals
- Negotiate and maintain all freight rates for payables and billing
- Maintain all freight rate changes in SICLO
- Reconcile and approve package cement purchases
- Maintain and distribute logs for controlled sales plan (allocation) when needed
- Aid with customer price records/changes for sales and billing
- Cook up trucking and tonnage on cement purchases and/or swaps and inter company cement truck transfers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Sales experience preferred
