Make a difference. As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others
• Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow of purchase orders
• Train and develop employees
• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
• Collaborate with branch team to grow sales
• Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• A passion for customer service
• Supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
• 1+ years experience required
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred

Pay

The expected starting rate of pay for this position is starting at $69,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
