Supervisor - Clinical Nursing - Operating Room

About the role

Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care within designated areas. Acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients, serving as a staff nurse when needed, and assumes delegated managerial duties. Ensures all activities align with mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications based on department requirements (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC)
• Minimum of 2 years' patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Physical Requirements
