Role: Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse in the Main Operating Room. Responsibilities Oversee daily OR operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource allocation.Lead a team of perioperative RNs and support staff, providing mentorship and support.Coordinate schedules and workflows to maintain high-quality surgical care.Support surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth procedures.Maintain compliance with infection prevention and regulatory standards.Participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Foster a collaborative and compassionate team culture aligned with organizational values.Support staff onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure.Leadership experience in a surgical or perioperative setting preferred.Strong knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and team management skills.Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and support a collaborative environment.
