Clinical Nursing Supervisor - Operating Room

Role Overview

Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, functioning as a staff nurse when needed. Assumes delegated managerial duties, aligning with mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license and licensure compliance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit
• Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
