About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor to oversee operations and patient care in a designated department.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical activities
- Serve as a resource for staff and patients
- Act as a staff nurse when needed
- Perform delegated managerial duties
- Ensure adherence to mission, values, and service standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- 3–5 years hospital nursing experience
- Required BLS certification (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements necessary for nursing duties
Preferred qualifications
- BSN
- Additional licensure or certifications
- Management experience, particularly in change management
