Supervisor Clinic RN - Heart and Vascular
About the role
The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Works directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows.
- Oversee care provided by clinical support staff and improve their quality and skill levels.
- Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care.
- Work directly with physicians regarding nursing department practices.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Preferred: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- Preferred: Previous charge/lead nurse experience.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $55.45 - $86.08 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
