About the role

The Nursing Supervisor provides dynamic, team-focused leadership in a fast-paced clinical environment, directly supervising 8-10 team members including RN Care Managers, RN Attendings/RN Phone Triage, and the Device Clinic Supervisor. The Nursing Supervisor serves as a key liaison between management and clinical teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and operational excellence.

The Nursing Supervisor oversees daily staffing operations, including schedule management and payroll/timecard approval, while supporting team development through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, annual competency assessments, and performance evaluations. The Nursing Supervisor is expected to address patient and staffing concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.

They will partner with leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical processes and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Two (2) years relevant experience
