About the role
Provide supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for clinic functions and special projects on a day‑to‑day basis as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations and special projects, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Requirements
- Required qualifications
- Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training, or equivalent knowledge.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare office environment.
- Preferred qualifications
- Supervisory experience.

Pay
Base pay range: $31.43 – $48.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Full‑time, day shift.
