Supervisor - Clinic Operations

About the role

The Clinic Supervisor leads and develops clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborates with quality teams, mentors team members, and promotes excellent patient care within a team-oriented environment. They support Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, removing barriers to improve service delivery, and embody the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff development and competency
• Mentoring team members and supporting clinical and operational functions
• Fostering a team-based approach to patient care
• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and promoting a culture of mutual respect

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or equivalent education/experience
• At least 1-2 years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in a clinic setting
• Completion of the PMG Oregon Supervisor Internship program (preferred)
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows, and Excel (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
