Key Responsibilities
- Manage Client Services Team operations, ensuring efficient daily order processing and strong team performance.
- Supervise Client Services Associates (CSAs), delegate workloads, and oversee regional production.
- Lead hiring efforts including resume review, phone screens, and interviews.
- Carry out onboarding, training, coaching, and annual performance reviews to meet key performance indicators.
- Maintain daily reports to ensure timely order processing and identify workflow improvements.
- Handle escalations, including complaints routed to leadership or technical teams, and support team members with complex issues.
- Develop best practices, procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert for projects.
- Oversee timecard tracking and approvals in ADP or Fieldglass.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- On the job training including, but not limited to, HIPAA.
Shift Information
- Coverage needs could be as early as 6am and as late as 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
- Potential need for occasional weekend support.

Compensation
The annualized base salary range for this role is $76,700 – $127,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
