About the role

The Client Services Supervisor manages multiple reception and mailroom sites (Business Service Centers) for SPS. Key responsibilities include managing daily service delivery, employee supervision, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to SPS policies. The CSS acts as the primary daily client contact in collaboration with the Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff schedules to meet client needs
  • Ensure sites comply with service level agreements with clients like Amazon
  • Oversee staff's adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Provide light coaching and training to staff
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with staff and managers
  • Conduct performance discussions and provide professional development
  • Attend meetings and take on projects to enhance operations
  • Report escalations to the Client Service Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-level relationship building and operational management
  • Previous management/supervisor experience overseeing 5-10 employees
  • Ability to build business relationships and interact with C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of selling skills
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Industry-related experience a plus
  • Driven by client satisfaction, with a proven track record of diplomacy and ownership
  • Strong integrity and solid business ethics
  • Strong team approach to account management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Expert in customer service skills, professional attitude, and appearance
  • Good organizational skills

Physical Demands

  • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry packages weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery
  • Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs. frequently

Compensation

The expected compensation range is $28.88 - $30 USD. Compensation details will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
