About the role
The Client Services Supervisor serves as the bridge between our clients, caregivers, and office team. This role is responsible for welcoming new clients, conducting in-home assessments, supporting caregiver success, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. This position combines client care, field supervision, training, quality assurance, and relationship-building to ensure every client receives the outstanding care Catholic Community Health is known for.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-home assessments for new clients and develop individualized Plans of Care.
- Complete Start of Care visits and ongoing supervisory visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Introduce caregivers to new clients and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct caregiver competency evaluations and field observations.
- Aid in new caregiver orientation and hands-on training.
- Educate caregivers on best practices, safety procedures, dementia care, infection control, documentation, HIPAA, and client rights.
- Maintain client satisfaction and respond quickly to concerns.
- Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with scheduling and leadership to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help resolve service concerns.
- Serve as a professional ambassador for Catholic Community Health in the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Home care experience.
- Experience training or mentoring employees.
- Dementia care experience.
