Supervisor Care Management RN
About the role
Provides leadership and supervision of the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the care management team. Supervises Care Management (CM) staff to include nursing, social work, patient care coordinators and other non-clinical staff to achieve the goals for the organization. Collaborates directly with inpatient and ambulatory clinicians and care teams, as well as SMG and PCN leaders to support cost-effective, high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the clinical and administrative operations of the care management team.
- Supervise Care Management staff, including nursing, social work, patient care coordinators, and other non-clinical personnel.
- Collaborate with inpatient and ambulatory clinicians, care teams, SMG, and PCN leaders.
Requirements
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including acute care hospital and/or ambulatory clinic experience.
Qualifications
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of Case Management experience, including care management, care coordination, discharge planning, or population health.
- 2 years of progressive supervisory experience.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $62.90 - $99.31 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift.
