Supervisor (Building Services)

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment and annual physical examination.
• Must, after brief training, be able to demonstrate the correct use of chemicals, supplies, and tools assigned.
• Previous environmental experience preferred.
• Must understand the potential hazards presented by the use of chemicals to self and to others as is outlined in the Department's Written hazard Communication Program.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities and works well with cleaning crews engaged in housekeeping activities.
• Responsible for all functions related to personnel efficiency and performance.
• Do work orders according to the Manger on a daily basis.
