About the role

The Big Drop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations at the Big Drop, ensuring high standards of product and service quality, consistency, and team member development across all levels. This role also involves adhering to all company and state health department rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the dining room
• Ensure product and service quality and consistency
• Develop and train team members on all levels
• Adhere to company and state health department rules and regulations

Requirements

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to stand for up to seven (7) hours
• Able to obtain all required certifications on property
• TIPS certification required

Compensation

$20.93 per hour with premium pay and 40 hours of paid time off upon hire.
