About the Role

Provides clinical supervision to team members. Responsible for collecting all data related to component operations. Meets productivity assignments. Works with Director to recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline team members. Prepares purchase orders to restock the program component. Encourages staff development efforts including orientation, competency, and appraisal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services to clients
• Performs crisis assessments and interventions per team plan
• Performs comprehensive assessments and reassessments
• Performs comprehensive service plan revisions
• Performs case management functions on behalf of component consumers
• Recruits referrals, conducts or assigns intake
• Meets with family and others as per treatment plan
• Ensures all activities happen as per schedule
• Schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage, manages call-outs, vacation, and scheduling
• Participates with staff to plan discharge and follow-up
• Gathers customer satisfaction data as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of post-master’s experience in the behavioral health field
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls
• Supervisory experience preferred

Schedule

• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Alternating weekends and holidays
• Full-time

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $68,155.00 – $85,548.00. The compensation offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
