Supervisor

About the Role

As a supervisor at Parkhurst Dining, you’ll be part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s enduring legacy and exciting growth. This role involves overseeing team members, ensuring adherence to Parkhurst and client policies, and maintaining high service standards. You’ll use Smile Plus hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences and may assist with purchasing foods and supplies. Your presence in service areas will help assess customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in your area of responsibility.
• Consult with management to implement service improvements.
• Follow and uphold established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Assist in purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Report findings and feedback to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience, with at least four years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills are desirable.
