Supervisor - Parkhurst Dining

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hour, based on applicable experience.

The schedule for this position is 6:30AM to 2:30PM or 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday.

About the role

At Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, we’ve been creating smiles since 1949—one guest, one meal, and one team member at a time. Now we’re searching for a supervisor to join our Parkhurst Dining team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility.
• Consults with members of management to make changes as needed to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Upholds standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems.
• Communicates findings to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
