Supervisor

About the role

Shift Supervisors at Sip N Brew, located in the San Antonio International Airport, are responsible for the daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes First Class Service to every customer. They perform training functions, direct execution of standards, and provide assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing the best service to each guest. Shift Supervisors work in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team to ensure that the restaurants are running efficiently, daily tasks are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance, and provide overall supervision to the team.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests, including using the point-of-sale system while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products; make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public, whether working in an on-trend national brand or an iconic local concept.
