Responsibilities
- Aid in managing parking operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Assist with improving client and customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
- Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimal month-related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Speaks clearly and listens to understand.
- Writes clearly and informatively.
- Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment and exhibits sound judgment.
- Holds a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record (if applicable).
Physical Demands
- Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
- Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Use close vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus.
