Responsibilities
- Take care of Shift Production activities with junior employees
- Interact with Stores, Quality Control, and related departments
- Responsible for Safety, 5S, and general discipline
- Knowledge on machineries, welding, assembling of Valve components
- Knowledge on drawings, process layouts, basic materials
- Knowledge on testing, interaction with third-party inspectors, Lean concepts (JIT, Kanban, SMED, VSM)
- Knowledge in welding - SMAW, Tungsten Inert Gas, Metal Inert Gas Welding, Plasma Transferred Arc Welding, Submerged Arc Welding is mandatory
- Cordination with planning and ensure daily output in terms of Plan vs Actual
- Ensure 100% adherence to the monthly production & revenue plan
- Handle employees based on their skills
- End-to-end handling of activities is expected
