Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Aid managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility
• Ensure standups meetings pre-shift are completed
• Document attendance issues following attendance policy
• Ensure inspections are completed. Tag problems, report, and follow up
• Ensure the park is clean. Delegate cleaning duties to team members
• Delegate timekeeping tasks, ensuring management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
• Complete daily schedule template the previous day to ensure all positions are covered
• Assess team and move crew around as needed
• Assess team for training and re-training needs
• Field guest complaints
• Complete and submit incident reports as needed
• Assist Operations Managers in completing guest and team member incident reports
• Ensure team members who are injured are retrained if necessary
• If team member needs medical attention, call Safety Manager immediately
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
• Schedule crew members for your designated location
• Ongoing responsibilities include supporting GMs goal of ensuring team meets or exceeds turnover times
• Assist with ride audits if needed. Retrain/coach as needed
• Update standup meeting info. Communicate to other operations managers if something is added or changed
• Ensure facility is well maintained. Notify GM if something needs to be fixed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff

Requirements

• This is a part-time position and hours of work and days are determined by the General Manager
• Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required as job duties demand
• The physical demands include regular talking or hearing, standing, walking, bending, using hands to handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms
• Could lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
