Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead and support cleaning teams
• Train and coach employees
• Cover open shifts when needed
• Perform quality inspections
• Support Area Managers
• Build positive relationships with employees and clients

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
