Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in your area of responsibility.
• Consult with management to implement changes that improve services.
• Follow established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures while upholding standards.
• Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on hospitality imperatives.
• Assist in purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems, reporting findings to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience, with at least four years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and organize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills are desirable.
