Supervisor

About the role

As a supervisor, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. You’ll supervise team members in your area of responsibility, consult with management to improve services, follow established Parkhurst and client policies, and uphold standards. You’ll communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on hospitality imperatives. You may assist in purchasing foods and supplies, maintain a presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction, and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
