Supervisor

About the role

As a supervisor with Parkhurst Dining, you’ll be part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s enduring legacy and exciting growth. You’ll oversee team members in your area, consult with management to improve services, follow established policies, and uphold standards. You’ll also communicate using Smile Plus hospitality skills, coach team members, assist in purchasing foods and supplies, maintain a presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction, and report findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in your area of responsibility.
• Consult with management to make service improvements.
• Follow Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; uphold standards.
• Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on hospitality imperatives.
• Assist in purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience, with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
