Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach and motivate team members
• Ensure food quality and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and staff

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Team-oriented, dependable, and guest-focused
