The purpose of the Supervisor, Airport Operations Concierge (AOC Sup) is to lead a cross-trained team responsible for delivering an unparalleled experience across both Above Wing and Below Wing operations. The AOC Sup enables crewmembers to provide seamless, safe, and consistent service through strong leadership, balanced accountability, and a supportive work culture that embodies JSX’s commitment to safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture by balancing accountability with recognition, ensuring team morale and engagement remain high.
- Maintain current knowledge of systems, products, policies, and regulations to guide and support crewmembers in both Above Wing and Below Wing functions.
- Approve and verify timecards for accuracy and compliance with payroll deadlines.
- Oversee daily coverage to ensure adequate staffing and balanced workload across all operational areas.
- Ensure crewmembers have the tools, training, and resources necessary to perform their duties effectively and safely.
