Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of clinical programs. Ensures program efficiency, quality improvement, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, supervises staff, and supports outreach and education initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA, MHA, MPH preferred
• 4 years recent relevant experience
• Cancer or advanced service line department management experience
• Direct report leadership experience preferred

Skills And Knowledge

• Experience in healthcare operations, program management, or clinical services
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executive level leadership and physicians systemwide
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent conflict resolution on different levels of teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• EHR workflow enhancement
