SUPERVISING CASE RECORDS TECHNICIAN
About the role
The Supervising Case Records Technician (SCRT) under the direct supervision of the Correctional Case Records Manager, is responsible for the daily clerical functions of the records office, supervising Case Records Technicians (CRTs), planning for and implementing necessary cross coverage during vacancies and absences, scheduling and ensuring staff attend annual In-Service Training, and personally attending mandatory annual classes.
