Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation (Oakland)

About the role

The Supervising Attorney in Wilshire Law Firm's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department leads a team in achieving the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
• Provide informative and compassionate client service.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
• Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay

$130,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
