About the role

The Supervising Attorney in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department at Wilshire Law Firm leads a team of attorneys and case managers in achieving the largest settlements possible for clients. Key responsibilities include managing a significant caseload, providing client service, collaborating across departments, and communicating with clients about legal strategies and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
• Provide informative and compassionate client service.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
• Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay

$160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience plus performance-based incentives.
