About the role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a $30M commercial project in Raleigh, NC, with additional backlog in the Greater RDA region. This is a leadership position responsible for on-site management, safety, schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor coordination, document control, permitting, compliance, budget oversight, and project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
- Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
- Oversee quality control and document reporting
- Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements
- Maintain budget awareness and cost control
- Drive project closeout and turnover processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ recent years as a leading Superintendent
- Experience with general contractors on ground-up projects valued at over $20M
- Proven track record on Commercial, Municipal, Governmental, and/or Higher Education projects
- Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Pay
Base salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
