Responsibilities

• Supervise heavy-civil construction projects, including sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, concrete, earth moving, or utility work
• Lead manpower and teams, ensuring project timelines are created and met as the prime contractor
• Drive improvements and solve challenges with critical thinking and proactive leadership
• Develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supervising heavy-civil projects (sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, concrete, earth moving, or utilities)
• Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not just following schedules as a subcontractor
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Critical thinker with a drive for continuous improvement

$160,000 - $190,000 per year
