Civil Superintendent - GREAT Salary and Bonus Package!

Leading general contractor in Massachusetts is seeking a Civil Superintendent to join their team and help manage multiple heavy-civil construction projects throughout northern MA. This is a full-time position with a lucrative salary and bonus structure, along with a comprehensive employment package.

About the role

• Full-time position with long-term stability and projects lined up for the next 5–10 years
• Work on top projects throughout northern MA
• Comprehensive employment package including company car, phone, iPad, and gas card

Responsibilities

• Supervise heavy civil work such as sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full-scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects
• Lead manpower and team leadership on projects
• Create project timelines as a prime contractor, not just follow prescribed schedules as a subcontractor
• Develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations
• Embrace new challenges and drive improvements rather than maintaining the status quo

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil construction projects
• Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay

$160,000 – $220,000 per year, plus bonus packages
