Responsibilities

• Supervise heavy civil work, including asphalt, paving, and road building
• Provide project leadership for heavy civil construction projects
• Embrace new challenges and drive improvements rather than maintaining the status quo
• Develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations through critical thinking and determination

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil work (asphalt, paving, road building, or similar)
• Proven project leadership in heavy civil construction
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach—you enjoy "writing the book" rather than following it
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay

$130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus packages
