About the role
Lead daily onsite construction operations for multifamily projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project execution from start to finish. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules. Conduct regular site walks and proactively resolve field issues. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership. Foster a positive, productive jobsite culture while mentoring field staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily onsite construction operations for multifamily projects.
- Cook up coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep the project schedule on track.
- Make sure the project stays safe, meets quality standards, and follows the plan.
- Plan out the project from start to finish, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Take regular tours of the site to spot problems early and fix them.
- Keep everyone involved in the project informed and happy.
- Help train new workers and make the jobsite a great place to work.
Requirements
- Got at least 4 years of multifamily construction experience.
- Have lots of experience building ground-up multifamily projects.
- Know how to do things like construction, materials, and how to organize tasks.
- Can lead teams and handle multiple subcontractors.
- Good at organizing and talking to people.
- Willing to go on trips to different places in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southern Virginia as needed.
- Want to move up to become a General Superintendent someday.
- Worked on projects that were about 50 to 250 units big.

- Strong understanding of construction processes and how to sequence tasks.
