Our client is a specialty general contractor known for delivering high-end, bespoke restaurant projects across South Florida, from ground-up builds to complex, design-driven interior build-outs for hospitality groups and celebrity chef concepts. They're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on their next wave of projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-obsessed environments where finish quality, timeline precision, and vendor coordination make or break the opening date. What You'll Do Run day-to-day field operations on active restaurant/hospitality construction sites, from rough-in through final finishesCoordinate and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standardsManage trade sequencing across specialty scopes, commercial kitchens, custom millwork, high-end finishes, MEP coordinationServe as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, designers, and health department/AHJ inspectorsDrive punch-list resolution and manage the sprint to opening day with zero tolerance for missed deadlinesEnforce jobsite safety standards and maintain accurate daily field reports What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior build-outs, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience strongly preferredComfort working on fast-track schedules with high design complexity and demanding ownership groupsStrong subcontractor management and trade sequencing skillsOSHA 10/30 certificationFamiliarity with Procore or similar field management softwareSouth Florida market experience a plus
