Superintendent - Retail/Restaurant

About the role

We are a top General Contractor in the northeast with a large backlog of projects ranging from $3M–$45M. We are looking for someone with ground-up restaurant/retail experience to join our field operations team and help grow the business while enjoying opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities

• Oversee new construction, site work, and tenant improvement projects ranging from $5M to $30M
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors

Requirements

• 4+ years of General Contractor experience
• Experience with new construction, site work, and TI projects
• Ability to effectively manage project schedules and budgets
• Procore experience is a plus
• Local subcontractor relations experience is a plus
