Manage field operations for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up multifamily project
Oversee slab-on-grade, elevated podium concrete, wood-frame construction, and sitework activities
Lead and mentor 2 Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics
Collaborate closely with the Sr. Project Manager and project team to drive successful delivery

About the Role

This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up multifamily project
• Oversee slab-on-grade, elevated podium concrete, wood-frame construction, and sitework activities
• Lead and mentor 2 Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with the Sr. Project Manager and project team to drive successful delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial or multifamily GC
• Experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Knowledge of slab-on-grade, podium concrete, and wood-frame construction methods
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing field personnel and subcontractors
• Able to maintain schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements on large-scale projects

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• CPM (Certified Project Manager) certification preferred
