Superintendent -- New Build Steakhouse/Casual Dining -- Travel

About the role
Kelley Construction is recruiting for Superintendents to travel the country building and renovating restaurants. The role involves managing resources and subcontractors for safety, efficiency, and productivity, as well as providing overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity on job sites.
- Provide administrative and technical management for multi-site projects at client facilities.
- Ensure safety practices are followed on job sites.
- Effectively communicate with personnel, clients, customers, and architects.
- Follow instructions, read, and interpret construction documents.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent (strongly desired).
- Experience in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry.
- Strong managerial skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel consistently.

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00
Schedule
Full-Time, 1st Shift. Travel is required consistently.
