About the role
Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY is recruiting for Superintendents to travel the country building and renovating restaurants. Individual will work with a great team consisting of a general superintendent, project manager, and project coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Provide overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at clients facilities
- Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customer and architects
- Strong managerial skills
- Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
- Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
- Team player
- Must be able to Travel
- Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00
Schedule
Full-Time, 1st Shift. Travel is required consistently.
