Job Description
Manage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project schedules are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve any on-site issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
Requirements
- Extensive multifamily experience (200+ unit projects)
- Proven track record on $40M+ ground-up builds
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Stable career history with solid tenure
Qualifications
- Open to permanent relocation (KY, IN, MO, OH, or FL)
