Core Responsibilities

• Provide overall onsite leadership and supervision for multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule delays or cost impacts
• Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and progress reporting
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, reports, inspections, and punch lists
• Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects such as podium, wrap, or large apartment developments
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and timelines
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction management software is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience
• Experience with projects valued at $20M+
• OSHA 30 certification
