Superintendent - Multifamily

About the role

Join a fast-moving team delivering high-impact multifamily transformations across Chicago—from loft conversions to large-scale occupied renovations. This is a unique opportunity to step into active projects and drive them across the finish line while lining up your next challenge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on multifamily renovations (adaptive reuse, gut rehabs, and value-add upgrades)
• Take over active projects in finish stages and transition into upcoming builds
• Manage phased renovations in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to residents
• Cookordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily site execution across multiple scopes (MEP + interiors)
• Drive unit turnover velocity on rolling renovation programs (10+ units/month)
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects ranging ~$9M-$17M

Requirements

• Superintendent experience on multifamily, renovation, or adaptive reuse projects
• Proven ability to manage live/occupied renovation environments
• Strong background coordinating MEPs, interiors, and finish trades
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable managing phased or high-volume unit renovation workflows
