Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Monitor project schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience with multifamily building and construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.

Pay

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000.
