Superintendent - Luxury Multifamily Development

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and site coordination activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance, jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate closely with project management, design teams, and ownership representatives.
• Lead construction activities from structural work through final completion.
• Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain productivity and project milestones.

Requirements

• Experience delivering ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple trade partners.
• Proven track record managing project schedules and field operations.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
• Ability to make independent decisions and proactively solve problems.

Pay
