Job Description

• Provide daily site supervision and field leadership
• Execute project schedules and manage milestone achievement
• Enforce safety standards and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and construction sequencing
• Manage quality control, inspections, reporting, and site logistics

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
• Experience delivering projects with 100+ residential units
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills
