Job Description
- Manage and supervise construction projects within LAUSD, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Cook up coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects within LAUSD or similar environments.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and LAUSD standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
